As an INTERNATIONAL TAX PROFESSIONAL at Clayton & McKervey, you will work with our clients who are growth-driven, middle-market entrepreneurs with a global reach. You will lead and manage multiple and complex International consulting assignments. You will research and deliver quality tax solutions for our multinational clients. You will invest in our international clients while we invest in you!
Essential Job Functions
- Demonstrate an understanding of increasingly complex tax concepts
- Effectively apply tax knowledge to enhance our international client base
- Develop and deliver innovative tax solutions
- Exceed client expectations
- Participate in and contribute to attaining firm goals
- Lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans
- Make informed decisions in complex and judgmental areas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Advanced degree in tax is desirable
- CPA required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in public accounting (or comparable experience in private)
- Tax research abilities, including international
- Knowledge of CCH Tax Research Network, RIA Checkpoint is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong desire to advance tax consulting skills
