"My career path isn't just a generalized plan. It's a plan I put together with my supervisor that's on par with my career goals."

You've submitted your resume and we believe your experience meets our qualifications. Now what?

We try to ensure our assessments are as accurate and fair as possible when we interview you. The number of interviews, interviewers, length, and complexity of questions will vary depending on the position for which you are being considered. Your potential colleagues are among those who will be conducing your interviews, including shareholders, managers, supervisors, and staff accountants.

Our interviews give you the opportunity to share detailed information about how you have performed in previous work-related situations. We'll ask you to share examples or specific situations that you've encountered and dealt with in the past. In addition, we'll ask about your interests and give you an opportunity to inquire about our firm and career opportunities.

For some positions, we believe the best way we can assess your problem-solving skills is to discuss a case study. You will be assessed more on how you go about dealing with the case study rather than on the specific answers you come up with.

If we feel you are right for the position and that you'll fit in with the firm, we'll give you a call to arrange an additional meeting to present you with an offer.
